The main purpose of the Medz Europe webshop is to serve our regular customers. Nevertheless, we are always happy to welcome new customers as Medz Europe is keen to broaden its horizon.

Are you a Medz Europe customer without a webshop account?
In that case, please contact us by e-mail at, or use the contact form. Please also indicate the e-mail address you would like to use to log into the webshop. We will create an account for you as quickly as possible, after which you will receive a welcome message to the e-mail address provided.

In that case, please contact us via the contact page. Fill out the contact form as completely as possible, and indicate your (possible) areas of interest. Based on the information provided, we will then contact you or create a webshop account for you.

You can log into the webshop by clicking ‘Login’ in the top right-hand corner of the page. You will then be redirected to the log-in page where you can enter your e-mail address and password. If you tick the box ‘Remember me’, you will remain logged in for a period of 30 days.

This webshop is divided into nine product categories, which are in turn subdivided into different product groups.

Selecting a product category in the catalog menu will bring up the relevant page. The different product groups are presented as filters on the left-hand side of the page. You can use these filters to filter the relevant products from the entire product category, and thus find the product(s) you are looking for more easily.

The quickest way to find a product is to use the search bar at the top of the page, and then apply filters to the search results. There are several ways to find a product:
  • Product number
  • Product description
  • Brand name
  • Manufacturer number
  • EAN code (barcode)
  • ZI number
  • Etc.
TIP: To find the product(s) you need as quickly as possible, first use the search bar and then apply the required product category and product group filter(s).

TIP: Add products to your wish list for later review. This allows you to continue navigating the website at your leisure, without losing track of the products in which you are interested.


The webshop offers three ways to save lists of products you (may) wish to order: the shopping cart, the wish list, and order templates.

The shopping cart saves your products for the payment screen (for a three-day period). Only the products in your shopping cart will be purchased after completing the payment process. The products in your shopping cart will never be ordered and paid ‘automatically’, i.e. without your input.
You can add products to your shopping cart by clicking the plus and minus buttons (- and +) in the product overview or on the product page, or by entering the required number. You can then click the button ‘In shopping cart’.
To quickly display the contents of your shopping cart, hover the mouse over the shopping cart symbol in the top right-hand corner. Click on the shopping cart symbol to display or change the contents of your shopping cart, or to start the payment process. A complete overview of your shopping cart contents will now be displayed. You can now review the products in your shopping cart, delete any products that you do not wish to purchase, or make changes to product quantities. Click on ‘Recalculate shopping cart’ on the right to finalize changes to product quantities and to update the amounts.
In the bottom right-hand corner of the shopping cart page, you can choose to pay for the products in your shopping cart or request an offer.

You can use the wish list to maintain an overview of products that you are interested in, but do not wish to include in your shopping cart straightaway. This will help you keep track of the relevant products. You can always choose to move products from your wish list to your shopping cart at a later time.
PLEASE NOTE: The products on your wish list are deleted as soon as you leave the website.

Put simply, order templates are product lists that you can save and re-use. When you place an order that you would like to place again at a later date, you can choose to save it as an order template.
After the template has been saved, you can use it to easily refill your shopping cart with the required products in the required quantities, possibly make changes to the shopping cart contents if required, and place the order again. Using order templates will save you time in selecting the contents of your shopping cart.

On the right-hand side of the shopping cart page, you can save the current contents of your shopping cart in the form of an order template:

You can also load (i.e. retrieve) an order template.

Under the link ‘My order templates’ on your account page, you will find an overview of the order templates you have saved. Here you can manage your order templates (i.e. delete a template) or load them in your shopping cart.

After you have loaded an order template in your shopping cart, you can edit it and save it again if required.


When you have compiled your order and are ready to start the payment process, you can click the shopping cart symbol in the top right-hand corner to go to the contents of your shopping cart. On this page (in the bottom right-hand corner), you can request an offer or choose to proceed to checkout.
Quote or checkout
When you pay for your purchases, you are placing an order directly in our system. The subsequent ordering procedure is the standard Medz Europe procedure you have grown accustomed to. We will check and approve the web order, send you an order confirmation, and make every effort to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible.

The shipping and payment procedures are also unchanged. Medz Europe delivers orders on working days between 08:00 and 17:00 hrs (with the exception of national holidays). We will send you the invoice as soon as the shipment has left our warehouse.


You can access your account page via the link in the top right-hand corner of your account shortcuts. On your account page you will be greeted by the ‘Account Dashboard’, which gives you an overview of your recent orders and contact information. At the bottom of this page you will be able to change your account’s password.
At the left-hand side of the dashboard, you will have access to your:
  • Company details;
  • Orders;
  • Quotes;
  • Order templates;
  • Sub-accounts;
  • Authorizations.
On the company details page you will be able to view your company details, as recorded by Medz Europe. You will be able to edit/fill your phone number and fax number.
If you want to edit other company details, please contact us.

On the my orders page you will find your order history. Here you can view your recent orders and search for your previous orders, invoices, shipments, return orders, and credit notes.
The same goes for my quotes. Here you can view your recent quotes and search for previous ones.

The my order templates page holds all your saved orders (order templates). Here you can manage them by adding them to your shopping cart, or by deleting them.

If you would like to have multiple accounts for your company, you can create and manage them on the my sub-accounts page. You can create a new sub-account by pressing the ‘New sub-account’ button in the top right-hand corner of the page. Here you must fill in the name and e-mail address of the person you want to give access to the Medz Europe webshop. Below these two fields you will find five checkboxes:
  • Active: Is the sub-account allowed to log in?
  • May order: Is the sub-account allowed to order on behalf of your company?
  • May see prices: Is the sub-account allowed to see item prices in the webshop?
  • May authorize orders: Is the sub-account allowed to authorize orders (for sub-accounts with a limited budget)?
  • Has limited budget: Does the sub-account have a limited order budget? If the order amount exceeds the limited budget, an e-mail will be sent to the authorizer and the order will appear on the Authorizations page.
The authorizations page serves as an overview of orders that require authorization. On this page:
  • An account with a limited budget can see its orders and authorization statuses.
  • An authorizer will be able to accept or decline orders that await authorization.
